HOPE Helping Hospice
Twelve willing students from the Lamar Teen Center, Project HOPE, braved the heat to help transfer stored equipment and boxes of miscellaneous items to the Lamar Area Hospice headquarters. Lamar Area Hospice Receives $20,000 Donation
Two fund-raising events are held each year to benefit the Lamar Hospice Association, the Angels Open Golf Tournament and a summertime dinner and dance.
