Precinct Voting is Underway in Prowers County

Over 2,000 mail-in ballots have been sent out to Prowers County registered voters for the June 26 primary.     Provisional ballots are also available at these voting precincts for voters who are casting their ballots out of their district.   The precincts are also a drop off point for voters who have filled out their mail-in ballot, but want to save on a stamp.  All ballots must be in to the Prowers County Clerk and Recorder by 7pm … Read entire article »

  The Prowers County Democratic Party held their county assembly this past Saturday, March 31 at the Rodeway Cow Palace Inn, in Lamar. Donald Seufer, the democratic challenger for the District I County Commissioner seat held by incumbent republican Henry Schnabel, received 97% of the delegate votes.
