Wolverines Win CABA State Championship
The Wolverines 14-year-old baseball team is comprised of 7 Lamar players and 5 Brighton players. The Wolverines have competed in several tournaments this year in the Pueblo and Denver areas with three first place finishes and one second place finish. Girls Represent Wrangler Gymnasts in Competitions
Rebecca Henderson of Lamar recently competed as an Optional B level gymnast at two Colorado E.A.G.L.E.S. USAG gymnastics meets. She represented the Wrangler Gymnasts of Wild West Athletics. The TIGAR Summer Safari meet was held on May 19th where Rebecca had an all-around score of 35.95 earning her 5th place in the senior division.
