Music Fans Turn Out for Holly Bluegrass Festival
Shade was at a premium at the 10th Annual Holly Bluegrass Festival this past weekend. Lamar Public Library Unveils New Mural in Children’s Section
Lynn Lefferdink, was a former library board member, and childhood literacy was her lifelong passion! Two Local Girls Compete in USA Gymnastics Sanctioned Event
Two girls from the Wranglers Gymnastics Team from Wild West Athletics in Lamar competed in the optional division in Wheatridge the last weekend of April at 5280 Gymnastics. There were over 180 gymnasts from the state of Colorado participating in this USA Gymnastics Sanctioned event. PMC Board Renews Portner’s Contract, Approves Doctor Training Program
Following a lengthy executive session Wednesday, March 28, the Prowers Medical Center Board of Directors voted three to two to extend the one year contract for Dr. Barry Portner, Chief of Staff.
