Lamar Public Library Unveils New Mural in Children’s Section

Lynn Lefferdink, was a former library board member, and childhood literacy was her lifelong passion! The Lamar Literacy Foundation has received memorial contributions in Mrs. Lefferdink’s name along  with several of her friends who worked tirelessly to promote literacy in Prowers County. The Friends of  the Lamar Public Library and Library Director, Debbie Reynolds, have found a unique way to have these individuals remembered.
