Prowers Medical Center Laboratory Department Enhances Customer Service

The Prowers Medical Center Laboratory Department has enhanced their customer service! The remodeling project across the hall from the main Laboratory area is finally complete.

Outpatients requiring clinical laboratory testing can now take advantage of our “new” Phlebotomy Draw Site area and experience a more customer friendly environment. Effective immediately, patients can report to the new area, register for their patient care needs and have their blood drawn – all in one convenient location.

Hours for this convenient healthcare service are available Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 pm and on Saturdays from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm.

The new location also offers a shared Waiting Area for our Laboratory and Emergency Room patients. The days of having to stand in line outside of the department are over.
