ARPA Files Notice of Intent to Sue Trinidad over Breach of Fiduciary Duties

The Arkansas River Power Authority (ARPA) notified the City of Trinidad April 30 it intends to file a lawsuit against Trinidad for a breach of fiduciary duties.
