Jones to Replace Nye as Parkview Principal

Aron Jones will become the new Parkview Elementary School principal in July, replacing Diane Nye who informed the Lamar Re-2 school board of her intention to retire at the end of the school year. School board members voted unanimously in favor during a special meeting held Tuesday afternoon, February 21. Jones is the current Lamar Middle School principal.
