Election 2011: Haggard & Medina Win
Prowers County election judges sifted through 1007 ballots that were delivered to the county courthouse (yesterday) Monday. The day before, they processed 1,500 total. The last-minute ballots resulted in an almost three-hour wait after the polls closed before the results were known for Prowers County.
