Entertainment, BBQ and Auction Combine for Lamar Area Hospice
A casual dress, dinner dance and auction held this past Saturday, August 27, helped raise funds for the Lamar Area Hospice. The annual event was held out doors at Brad Semmens’ Country Acres RV Park and Motel and catered by Mike Marinac’s Caterers. A Celebration of Life for longtime Lamar and Granada area resident, Vera Jean Reynolds will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at the Peacock Family Chapel with Reverend Kathy Leathers of the Holly United Methodist Church officiating.
