New State Travel Rules for Horses

Prowers County Sheriff – April Report
The Prowers County Sheriff’s Department responded to 328 Calls for Service in April, with 141 from Lamar and 138 from the county in general. Of the Lamar calls, 30 were jail related, three for assaults and 13 for warrant arrests. Holly had 24 calls, including three for disturbances and two for theft.
