News from Holly Commercial Club
The annual Grand Old Opry and the Blue Grass Festival was discussed during the Holly Commercial Club meeting last Wednesday. The Opry will be held at the Holly H.S. April 3rd and volunteers are needed to help with set up, clean up and food service. Contact March Creech or Jill Briggs. The Blue Grass Festival will run June 10-12 this year. 1A Basketball Playoffs
1A boys and girls teams compete tomorrow through Saturday in Greeley for the state basketball championship. The boy’s match up tomorrow will see Walsh vs Shining Mountain and Springfield taking on Stratton. Girl’s games will have Kim taking on Belleview Christian, McClave against Fleming and Wiley versus Simla. Winners will advance to the Final 4 Round on Friday with the championship match set for Saturday at host site, the University of Northern Colorado. … Read entire article »
Granada Pride Hosts March Dinner Dance
Make plans for a steak dinner and dance, March 26, hosted by the Granada Pride Committee. Supper is at 6:30pm, and the dance will follow from 8 to 11pm at the End of the Line Arena at Camp Amache in Granada.
